Bequest
(The "I Can Give" Gift)

How it works

You can provide now for a future gift to Audubon by including a bequest provision in your will or revocable trust.

Your will or trust directs assets to your heirs.

Your will or trust also directs a bequest to Audubon for its ongoing conservation and education programs, or for a specific program which you would specify.

Benefits

  • Your assets remain in your control during your lifetime.
  • You can modify your bequest if your circumstances change.
  • You can direct that your bequest be used for a specific purpose (we urge you to contact us to be sure that we can use your bequest according to your wishes).
  • There is no upper limit on the estate tax deductions that can be taken for charitable bequests.
  • You will have the satisfaction of knowing that your bequest will support Audubon efforts to protect birds, other wildlife, and their habitats for years to come.
